The following "Return Conditions" must be met:

• The product is still within the seven-day appreciation period, which is not the trial period.
• The goods must be in good condition and show no signs of use, washing, or alteration.
• The product's outer packaging is intact, including the product itself, accessories, instruction manual, etc.

If there are any quality issues with the product during the product appreciation period, you can apply for a return of the defective product through the following methods.

2. Returns or exchanges due to factors such as style, color, or personal preference are not considered product defects.

4. Returns due to size issues are not considered quality defects. Please refer to the product size chart before purchasing.
