★After you complete the online ordering process, the system will automatically send an email notification to remind you that the order information has been successfully submitted. Please note that this notification only indicates that we have received your order request and does not mean that the transaction has been completed or the contract has been established. BabyDays (Huazhi Cross-border Co., Ltd.) reserves the final right to decide whether to accept the order.

★All products on this site are based on our physical store items. Images are for reference only. If visual comparisons or photo proportions cause misunderstandings for customers, please do not place an order directly to avoid disputes. Please contact customer service for details first. We apologize for any inconvenience. Members are advised to carefully review product specifications before placing an order. If you cannot agree to these specifications, please do not purchase the product.

★The appreciation period is not the trial period. Returned goods cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or disassembled to the point that they are incomplete and have lost their resale value!

If an order cannot be shipped due to factors such as product shortage, production stoppage, defects, or system problems, we will contact the customer via phone/email to cancel the order.

In addition, due to different shipping methods, the order cancellation process is as follows:
1. Credit card payment: After contacting the customer, the order will be cancelled directly and a refund will be issued via credit card refund.
2. Cash on delivery: The order will be cancelled directly after contacting the customer.

Shopping Process Instructions

⛟ Select product → Add to cart → Fill in relevant information → Checkout complete → Order confirmed → Wait for product delivery → Receive product

⛟ Select product → Add to cart → Fill in relevant information → Select convenience store category and store → Order confirmed → Wait for product to arrive at the convenience store → Receive delivery notification on mobile phone → Pick up product at convenience store

Order issues

Once the order is placed, the system will send you an "Order Notification" email and record the detailed information of the order you submitted.

You can check your order number by going to Member > Order Management > Order Number.

  • If you find any errors after placing your order (including product, quantity, and delivery information), we can cancel it for you before the order is shipped. Please contact us and provide the order number you wish to cancel, and then place a new order.
  • If the goods have already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

You can log in as a member and check the member area.

  • Home delivery: Please be aware of calls from delivery drivers.
  • Convenience store pickup: Please pay attention to SMS notifications from the convenience store.
